These big tubs started as a way to catch people's attention at the farmers market...folks would walk by and exclaim "holy smokes! look at that huge tub!" But, it became a practical way for people who were buying 3-4 jars to get one single big tub and to reuse the glass tubs in a variety of ways. 

This tub is for the pistachio lovers!

Shelf Life - 1 year after opening. We will be making the 64oz tubs to order, so they'll be extra fresh upon delivery. 

*We will package the 64oz tubs very carefully, one protective box within your full package to ensure no breakage.

What to Eat it With: Out of the jar, piece of dark chocolate, on top of ice cream, charcuterie plates (the green pops off a plate), salad dressing (try replacing pistachios on top of a salad and mix the pistachio butter in a vinaigrette), pesto (try substituting pine nuts for a spoonful of pistachio butter = makes it more green and has a robust flavor).
